How can manga, through its principles of dynamic staging, graphic conventions, and composition systems, offer a unique perspective on chess? This is the core focus of my final project in Dnmade.

Pour ce projet, j'ai souhaité travailler autour d'une série d'affiches destinée à la promotion du tournoi des candidats 2024 se déroulant à Toronto au Canada, un événement majeur dans l'univers du jeu d'échecs puisqu'il voit s'affronter les meilleurs joueurs mondiaux afin de décider du prochain challenger pour les championnats du monde.

For this project, I aimed to create a series of posters promoting the 2024 Candidates Tournament held in Toronto, Canada—one of the most significant events in the chess world, where the world's top players compete to determine the next challenger for the World Chess Championship.
